4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item delivered is damaged during shipment

• You receive an incorrect product
  To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Requests outside these criteria, including changes of mind or minor natural variations in handcrafted or natural items, will not be accepted. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return or exchange requests at our discretion.

5. Rental Products — Booking, Deposit & Returns

Certain products are available for rental and must be booked in advance. Booking confirmation requires full payment of the rental fee along with a compulsory security deposit paid upfront.

The security deposit will be refunded within 2 hours after we receive the rented product back in the same condition as provided—without damage, and within the agreed timeframe. If the item is returned late, damaged, or incomplete, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Customers are fully responsible for any damage costs exceeding the deposit amount, which must be paid separately. We urge all customers to handle rented items with care to avoid penalties.

Delivery & Return Transport Charges:
All transportation charges—from our shop to the customer’s location and back to our premises—must be fully borne by the customer. This includes any third-party delivery or pickup arrangements. We offer free pick-up or delivery for rental products via Uber, Porter, or Borzo.

6. Product Information & Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and current product descriptions, images, and prices, slight variations may occur due to differences in display settings, manufacturing processes, or natural material characteristics, particularly for handmade or temple items.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
