However, once the package leaves our facility and is handed over to third-party logistics providers or shipping carriers, external handling factors come into play. As a result, Om Pavitra Pooja Shop cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused during transit, shipping, or handling after dispatch.

In-Store Pickup

• Available for eligible purchases.

• Pickup Timings: Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

• Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.

Shipping Rates (Domestic)

We currently offer standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days:

• All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. However, free shipping does not apply to international orders.

• Remote or non-serviceable locations (based on courier partner availability).

• Multiple Delivery Attempts: If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

Although we take utmost care in packaging and preparing your items for shipment:

• Once a product leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for shipping and delivery lies with the carrier.

• Om Pavitra Pooja Shop is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss incurred during transportation or at the hands of third-party logistics providers.

Furthermore, we do not provide compensation, replacement, or refund for:

• Damages occurring after dispatch due to mishandling by shipping carriers.

• Improper usage, negligence, mishandling, or intentional damage caused by the customer post-delivery.

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, particularly in the case of unforeseen external circumstances.
