Your Order Cancellation Rights

If canceled within 24 hours, the refund will be processed and transferred within 24 hours after cancellation confirmation.
No part of the order can be canceled once the cancellation window has passed.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds are not available once you receive the product.
Returns are accepted only if the wrong product is delivered by us.
If you ordered the wrong product, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return due to wrong delivery, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photo or video proof.
Conditions for Returns

The product was delivered incorrectly by Om Pavitra Pooja Shop.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Goods not eligible for return include:

Products that deteriorate rapidly or are expired.
Items unsealed for hygiene or health reasons.
Products inseparably mixed with other goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Shipping and Damage Policy
At Om Pavitra Pooja Shop, we pride ourselves on consistently delivering products safely by following all relevant safety standards, certifications, and guidelines required in India, along with recommended best practices for international shipments.
Nevertheless, once the package leaves our facility, there is a risk of damage occurring during transit due to handling by shipping carriers or other external factors outside our control.
Om Pavitra Pooja Shop is not responsible for any damage that happens during transportation or handling beyond our premises.
Additionally, any damage caused by improper use, negligence, or mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
In such cases, we regret that we cannot offer any compensation or replacement.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to:
